Dallas Airbnb Photographer: Inside the Colour PopHaus by Citizen Nomad

One of the best perks of being a Dallas Airbnb Photographer is getting to photograph and hang out in beautiful spaces for a day. The Colour PopHaus, one of the beautiful rentals behind the Citizen Nomad team, is the second project I’ve photographed for them, and it’s such a colorful and whimsical space loaded with bright and eclectic decor items, interesting art, and plenty of books about art and travel to peruse through during your stay.

It’s wonderful to see so many unique and beautiful boutique Airbnb options available to rent for out-of-towners and vacationers who are making their way to Dallas for work and/or play.

This space by Mr. Nomad is centrally located in the Oak Lawn neighborhood, which is really close to Uptown, Downtown Dallas, and the Design District. I used to live and work in this neighborhood before I purchased my own home in East Dallas, and I personally think the location can’t be beat, it’s one of the best areas to hang out in the city, and it’s central access to other great neighborhoods makes its location a winner in my book.

I’ve always loved interior spaces that feature eclectic objects and showcase the colorful vibrancy of life. It’s really refreshing to see after a few years of really neutral, very textured yet subdued spaces. While they are indeed beautiful, I’ve really been missing colorful and vibrant interiors.

If you’ve had enough of neutral, and and are making your way to Dallas, look no further for a rental that is high on both style and substance.

Take a seat at the bar area complete with colorful glassware and vintage velvet rattan barstools.

Here are a handful of my favorite images I captured of the space last year. From the foyer with the colorful burgundy console table and green sconces framing interesting art, to the white bar with vintage velvet and rattan chairs and stacks of beautiful books, , there’s plenty of visual interest in this two bedroom two bathroom townhouse space to keep you engaged.
