Dallas Influencer Photographer: Inside DFW Content Creator Dallas Decor Home’s Neutral Winter Wonderland

As an interior design photographer, I find myself working with interior designers, home stagers, architecture firms, and product manufacturers. While developing my marketing strategy last year, I hadn’t even considered collaborating or marketing to influencers in the design/home decor space.

My first experience with that was working with Lauren of Dallas Decor Home. Her space is so pretty, steeped in layers of texture while keeping everything bright and neutral. She decorated her home for the holidays, so I figured it would be a great opportunity to capture some fun holiday decor for my portfolio. Her home, located north of Dallas is beautifully styled and couldn’t be prettier.

One of my favorite features of Lauren’s design style is her knack for styling. She has plenty of decor objects, baskets, throws, and styling items to choose from, which helps us to test placement of items and create beautiful imagery we are all happy with. Styling is such an important part of our session, and having a stylist on set can take good imagery and create an element of magic in the photos. Whether it’s placing a basket of olive branches on a wall mounted coat rack, or layering a mirror with garland.

Her attention for detail and texture will take her far, and it’s been really fun to see her home come together.

Interior Design Photography is a Vital Part of Marketing an Content Creator’s Projects

The goal with your photography is to attract potential clients and customers who love your work and can visualize themselves living beautifully in the spaces you created. You’ll be amazed at how the right photos and advanced editing techniques can really set you apart from the pack and show off your work in the best way possible. As a Texas-based interior design photographer, I’m so passionate about capturing the essence of every design through my lens and creating a two dimensional image through photography.
