Dallas Fort Worth Interior Designer, Travis Pernell Interiors Downtown Bachelor Pad Photoshoot

As an interior design photographer, I recently had the pleasure of shooting a stunning high-rise apartment for Travis Pernell Interiors, a Dallas Fort Worth Interior Designer. His client moved into his Downtown Dallas apartment with the intention of creating a moody, masculine bachelor pad he can come home to and unwind after a long day at work.

Travis’ design transformed the entire space without requiring invasive construction, which is always incredible to me. He added wallpaper, painted the remaining walls, and designed the space to include dark and moody details, like black velvet dining chairs, orange swivel living room chairs, and plenty of seating dispersed around the space to host gatherings and cocktail hours with friends. The primary bedroom, one of my favorite spaces in the house, featured black out curtains, a custom grey and black velvet bed frame and headboard, textured wallpaper, and enough bedding to make just about anyone feel cozy and warm during the cooler months.

One of my favorite features of Travis’ design is the texture he added to every room. From textured wallpaper, to velvet swivel chairs, Travis did an incredible job layering in all the details of this space, which felt highly styled, yet perfect for a bachelor.

The cream colored sofa with textured pillows, to the coffee table styling to include a cognac leather tray, succulents, and the coolest coffee table book about some of the famous professional boxers of the 20th century, he created a lovely space for his client.

When Travis says he’s always pushing himself as a designer with his traditional yet luxurious designs, it’s true. He’s always incorporating and mixing classic finishes and modern details together. Travis Pernell Interiors creates beautiful, bold, and unique spaces that are truly inspire his clients to live more beautifully every moment of every day. With an eye for detail and a passion for creating something truly special for each and every one of his clients, Travis knows what to do when it comes to bringing a unique, yet tailored design vision to life. No two projects are the same, and they all reflect his homeowners design style and sensibility, which is a testament of a truly talented interior designer.

As an interior design photographer, I thoroughly enjoyed capturing all the thoughtfully curated details of this gorgeous apartment renovation! From the velvet custom designed headboard to the living room and dining area he styled perfectly. Working together with Travis to showcase his incredible design work is always a pleasure, and I personally can’t wait to see what he creates next.

Interior Design Photography is a Vital Part of Marketing an Interior Designer’s Projects

Hiring a professional photographer specializing in Interior Design and Architecture photography to capture your design projects allows potential clients to see your work in a way that showcases the stunning beauty you worked hard to create for your clients. The goal with your photography is to attract potential clients and customers who love your work and can visualize themselves living beautifully in spaces you created. Interior photography has the power to tell an emotive, captivating story - don’t settle for someone who’s work only shows wide-angle views, cluttered spaces, and impersonal images!

Are you wondering how to turn your design skills and expertise into more sales, bookings, and attract the type of clients you dream of working with. Elevating your marketing materials is the single greatest way to do that. You’ll be amazed at how the right photos and advanced editing techniques can really set you apart from the pack and show off your work in the best way possible. As a Texas-based interior design photographer, I’m so passionate about capturing the essence of every design through my lens and creating a two dimensional image through photography.

If you’re an interior designer looking for a photographer to capture your latest project, I’d love to work with you!
