MEET THE PHOTOGRAPHER

Stacy Markow

I’m Stacy, a Dallas–Fort Worth based interior and architecture photographer creating editorial imagery for designers, architects, hospitality brands, and creative businesses throughout Texas.

Drawn to thoughtful spaces, layered materials, beautiful light, and the emotional atmosphere of interiors, I approach each project with equal parts visual intuition and process-driven precision, balancing creativity, collaboration, and technical detail to create imagery that feels both elevated and intentional.

How I Work

I approach photography as a collaborative process, not a handoff.

Each project is planned with intention so time on site feels focused, efficient, and aligned with the goals of the space. I shoot tethered when possible, allowing for real-time review, thoughtful refinement, and collaboration throughout the session.

The result is a cohesive collection of imagery designed to support portfolios, publications, marketing, and long-term brand growth.

The Things That Shape My Work

01. Hospitality roots, detail-driven approach

A background in hospitality taught me how to anticipate needs, manage moving parts, and care about the details most people overlook.

Ancient ruins with three tall, fluted columns and scattered broken stone pieces, set against a cityscape with historic buildings and trees under a partly cloudy sky.

02. Travel as inspiration

Different environments, materials, and light continue to shape how I see and capture space.

03. A constant pursuit of mastery

I refine continuously. Lighting, composition, and process are always evolving.

04. A strong point of view

Knowing what to refine and what to leave alone is part of the work.
