JUST SAY WHEN

Booking Made Simple

Once you send an inquiry, you’ll immediately receive a questionnaire gathering all the project information. I’ll prepare a rate quote and schedule a quick call to align on your goals, vision, and usage needs.

Should we decide to work together, I’ll send you my availability so you can confirm your session date and start time.

I will then send over a proposal, where you’ll confirm your rate quote and deliverables, and input all of your photoshoot details for me to prepare the contract and necessary releases.

THIS IS WHERE WE TURN VISION INTO VISUALS

The Creative Blueprint

Once your shoot is booked, we shift into creative gear and begin developing the strategy, visuals, and plan that shape what we’ll capture and how it supports your marketing goals.

If timing and location allow, I’ll schedule a walkthrough to get a feel for the space, lighting, and layout. It’s also my chance to better understand your design language, key project details, and what makes your work distinct.

From there, I’ll create a custom creative direction board that includes:
– A photoshoot outline
– Agreed-upon deliverables
– A visual shot list with composition inspo
– Styling recommendations and a shopping list that reflect your brand

The end goal?
Images that feel as intentional as your design work, tailored to your brand, editorial in quality, and versatile enough to shine across your website, social media, press features, and portfolio.

FROM CAMERA TO CURATED GALLERY, THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS

The Finishing Touch

On shoot day, I arrive with my assistant and laptop, ready to collaborate and capture every image on our planned shot list. We work efficiently and intentionally to ensure each shot reflects the details, scale, and style of your design.

After the session, I move into the editing phase, where polish meets precision. I’ll adjust white balance and exposure, refine shadows, check paint and finish accuracy, and remove visual distractions like can lights, HVAC vents, stray electical outlets.

Once your images are fully edited, you’ll receive a beautifully organized, Pinterest-style online gallery where you can download both high-resolution and web-ready versions with ease.

STYLING SUPPORT MEETS CURATED MAGIC

01. THE PROP SHOPPE

Skip the last-minute Target run and forget the return pile. My curated prop closet is stocked with everything from sculptural vases to textured throws, vintage finds, and design-forward decor accents, ready to elevate your shoot without the scramble.

BECAUSE YOUR BRAND IS MORE THAN THE SPACES YOU CREATE

02. THE FACE BEHIND THE DESIGN

If your Instagram is all rooms and no you, it’s time to change that. Interior designers who show their face see higher engagement, and build stronger brand trust.

Add on headshots or lifestyle brand photos to your shoot and step in front of the camera for a few frames. Whether it’s just you, your team, or behind-the-scenes portraits of your creative process, we’ll capture imagery that feels natural, elevated, and on-brand.

YOUR PRODUCTS DESERVE THEIR MOMENT TO SHINE

03. THE SHOP SPOTLIGHT

If you have a home line, curated storefront, or e-commerce shop, let’s capture it with the same care and clarity as your interiors. I offer product photography tailored for designers with online shops, think styled flat lays, clean cutouts, and lifestyle hero shots that look as good on your website as they do on your social feed.

Add it to your shoot day for a seamless experience and a cohesive visual story, from rooms to retail.

YOUR SOUNDING BOARD, STRATEGIST, AND BUILT-IN PROBLEM SOLVER

04. THE CREATIVE CO-CONSPIRATOR

Have a wild idea? Need to bounce around a marketing concept? Not sure if your shot list covers enough? I’m here for more than just clicking the shutter. Consider me your creative collaborator, ready to brainstorm, troubleshoot, and help you see the bigger picture.

From shoot logistics to brand storytelling, I’m in your corner to make sure the final visuals reflect your vision, and maybe even push it further.

FAQ

    • Interior design photography (interiors + exteriors)

    • Editorial (design and home products)

    • Commercial retail and corporate architecture buildings

    • Home decor products (rugs, pillows, textiles, artwork, wallpaper, furniture, etc)

  • Interior design photography half day sessions with SMP start at $1,500.

I also offer cost-sharing with third parties that can help offset the cost of the photoshoot for everyone involved.

Please complete the contact form for access to my current half day and full day photoshoot rates.

  • Cost sharing a photoshoot is a very common practice in interior design and architecture photography.

It’s the practice of multiple vendors ex: (the interior designer, architect, and builder) sharing the cost of the photoshoot, and each vendor participating will have access to the images and a license for their business needs. This lowers the overall cost for each party.

I always advocate reaching out to everybody who worked on the project with you to see if they are interested in licensing the photos for their business to use.

  • Yes, I love to travel and would be happy to travel outside Texas to help with your projects. Travel expenses are estimated and approved before booking.

  • I recommend clients hire a stylist.

Stylists are absolute magicians when it comes to understanding how a camera reads a space. When there’s an extra set of eyes on set, I can focus on the technical aspects of photography and you can be there to ensure no detail is missed.

Not sure where to start with choosing a stylist? I’ve got you covered and have a list of stylists I’d be happy to introduce you to.

  • Please reach out at least 3-4 weeks before you are ready to schedule.

Let’s Get to Work

All interior design photography projects are custom quoted based on session length, image count, and licensing needs, because no two projects (or designers) are exactly alike.

Here’s how it works:

Once you reach out, I’ll send over a quick questionnaire to gather all the important details; your project scope, image usage, and goals. From there, you’ll receive a tailored quote and a link to schedule a discovery call so we can align on vision, timeline, and deliverables.
