Designed by Artbuckle & Co, Gateway is a vibrant multifamily amenity project located in the heart of the Bishop Arts neighborhood in Texas. Inspired by the creative energy and eclectic character of the surrounding community, the common areas blend bold color, playful pattern, layered texture, and modern furnishings to create spaces that feel lively, welcoming, and highly curated.

Throughout the property, warm terracotta walls, graphic textiles, sculptural lighting, and collected art pieces bring personality and visual impact to every space. Lounge areas, dining spaces, and work zones were thoughtfully designed to encourage connection and everyday comfort while maintaining a strong boutique hospitality sensibility. The mix of earthy tones, natural materials, and modern silhouettes creates an atmosphere that feels both elevated and approachable.

The result is a multifamily environment that feels deeply connected to the culture and creativity of Bishop Arts. Full of warmth, character, and intentional design moments, Gateway redefines apartment amenity spaces through a lens that feels artistic, modern, and distinctly memorable.
