A bold primary bathroom renovation blending modern luxury with dramatic color and elevated materiality. Ashley’s design transformed the existing bathroom into a sleek, immersive retreat centered around a rich green palette and layered contrast.

Throughout the space, deep green tones are paired with sleek black accents and warm brass finishes, creating a balance between drama and sophistication. White and gray stone surfaces help soften the darker palette, allowing the room to feel luxurious without becoming heavy. Framed by natural light and anchored by a sculptural matte black tub, the feature wall creates a striking focal point that immediately defines the atmosphere of the space.

Through custom mirror sizing, elevation studies, and multiple layout iterations, the final design achieved a sense of balance and cohesion tailored specifically to the architecture of the room. One final whimsical touch — wallpaper added to the water closet after the renovation was nearly complete — introduced an unexpected layer of personality and contrast, allowing the bathroom to shift between clean modern minimalism and playful glamour depending on how the space is experienced.
