Designed for a young family relocating from Brooklyn to Dallas, this home balances the energy of city living with the warmth and ease of suburban life. Having previously worked with the clients, Bevan & Co. approached this Highland Park project with a deep understanding of their lifestyle and aesthetic, transforming a 5,000-square-foot home from over 1,500 miles away into a space that felt both personal and effortless.
While the move marked a new chapter, the clients wanted to hold onto the character and personality of their Brooklyn roots. Statement lighting, layered textures, custom window treatments, and playful moments of color were thoughtfully woven throughout the home, while soft neutral tones kept the overall atmosphere calm and inviting. The result is a home that feels refined yet approachable, a beautiful blend of metropolitan edge and relaxed Texas living.
