Designed by JRZ Design + Consulting, Project Tranquilla is a thoughtfully layered home that balances clean architectural lines with warmth, texture, and lived-in comfort. Throughout the residence, soft neutral tones, natural wood finishes, and carefully selected materials create an atmosphere that feels elevated yet approachable, allowing each space to feel calm, cohesive, and intentionally curated.

The kitchen anchors the home with custom white oak cabinetry, dramatic marble surfaces, and subtle mixed-metal detailing, while the surrounding living spaces introduce warmth through vintage-inspired rugs, leather accents, and collected furnishings. Pattern and texture are used strategically throughout the project — from the striking marble herringbone shower tile to the richly layered wallpaper moments and tailored millwork — adding visual depth without overwhelming the palette.

Project Tranquilla embraces a sophistication rooted in balance and restraint. Every room feels connected through a consistent material story and timeless design choices, resulting in a home that feels both polished and deeply personal. The final design captures a sense of ease and serenity while still celebrating craftsmanship, detail, and modern luxury.
