Tucked into the eclectic streets of Bishop Arts District, Ampelos Wines is more than a wine bar, it’s a thoughtfully curated space built around conversation, community, and a deep appreciation for natural wine.
Founded by Genevieve Weaver and Jessica Martinez after the two met working at The Wild Detectives in Oak Cliff, the shop grew from a shared belief that Dallas was ready to embrace a more intentional and exploratory wine culture.
As the only wine bar in Dallas dedicated exclusively to natural wines, the space celebrates bottles made with minimal intervention, allowing the nuances of the vineyard, season, and winemaking process to take center stage.
The interiors reflect that same philosophy, layered, intimate, and quietly atmospheric. Warm woods, moody tones, collected details, and turquoise wine crate shelving creates an environment designed for lingering conversations and slow evenings shared over a glass of wine.
