Park Place by Ashley Marcella Designs is a modern traditional renovation that blends moody sophistication with everyday comfort. Spanning a family flex room, powder bath, and primary bathroom, the project layers rich textures, jewel-toned accents, and classic architectural details to create spaces that feel both elevated and deeply livable.

Throughout the home, dark painted walls, velvet furnishings, mixed wood finishes, and modern lighting establish a warm, enveloping atmosphere grounded in transitional design. Updated cabinetry and a refreshed wet bar bring functionality and polish to the family flex space, while plantation shutters and traditional millwork preserve the timeless character of the home’s architecture.

The powder bath embraces bold personality through dramatic floral wallpaper, deep green tile, and layered vintage-inspired finishes that create an immersive jewel-box moment. In contrast, the primary bath balances softness and contrast with clean-lined fixtures, warm brass accents, textured wall treatments, and a calming neutral palette.
