Designed by Britney Ratto Interiors, Cross Roads Modern Farmhouse is a vibrant, personality-filled home years in the making. What began as a complete tear-it-down-to-the-studs renovation evolved over seven years into a true labor of love, a thoughtfully designed family home layered with warmth, color, texture, and meaningful collected details that reflect Britney’s playful and creative spirit.

Throughout the home, classic farmhouse architecture is balanced with bold pattern, vintage-inspired accents, colorful textiles, and unexpected moments of whimsy. From the cheerful children’s spaces and layered living areas to the richly detailed kitchen and dramatic blue primary suite, every room feels deeply personal and intentionally curated. Warm woods, handcrafted textures, collected antiques, and playful pops of color create a home that feels both elevated and approachable.
