The Beverly on Turtle Creek - Lobby, Salon, and Bar Renovation

V3 Atelier reimagined the public spaces of this Turtle Creek mid-rise with a focus on light, ease, and lasting appeal. The design brightens the interiors, elevates the arrival experience, and creates spaces residents actually want to use. Plush textures, clean silhouettes, and a soft neutral palette set the foundation, while bold artwork adds personality and presence.

The renovation centers on three spaces: the Lobby, Salon, and Bar. Updated ceilings bring a lighter, more contemporary feel, complemented by geometric foyer flooring and refined lighting throughout.

Light oak millwork, selected during construction, softens the architecture and highlights key design moments. In the Bar, a saturated blue-green palette creates a rich, dramatic contrast within a compact footprint.

The final gallery captures the project with clarity and intention, delivering elevated imagery that supports Lauren’s marketing, portfolio, and press opportunities.
