The Beverly on Turtle Creek - Lobby, Salon, and Bar Renovation

V3 Atelier reimagined the public spaces of this Turtle Creek mid-rise with a vision that balanced modern freshness with a timeless, classic foundation. The goal was simple yet ambitious: brighten the interiors, elevate the first impression, and create common areas residents would genuinely want to use every day. The result is a sophisticated mix of plush textures, contemporary silhouettes, and a light, neutral palette that allows bold art moments to anchor each space with personality and presence.

The renovation thoughtfully transformed three key areas—the Lobby, Salon, and Bar—each with standout details that define the project’s character. The once-heavy ceilings now feel bright and contemporary, setting the tone for the bold geometric foyer floors and the refined lighting throughout.

Light oak millwork, chosen after an intuitive mid-construction pivot, softens the architecture and lets the artwork shine, especially in the richly toned Bar where a saturated blue-green moment creates dramatic impact in a compact footprint.

The final gallery showcases stunning interior and brand images that reflect Lauren’s refined aesthetic and give her elevated visuals to use across her marketing and portfolio.
