Designed by Nikki Chu Home, this Texas renovation was a complete tear-it-down-to-the-studs transformation that reimagined the home with raised ceilings, open living spaces, and a refined modern global aesthetic. A soft neutral palette serves as the foundation throughout the home, allowing sculptural furnishings, layered textures, and statement artwork to take center stage while creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and deeply livable.

Throughout the renovation, Nikki Chu infused the interiors with her signature blend of contemporary glamour and worldly influence. Custom wallpaper designs, bold graphic moments, curated accessories, and pieces from her collections with Z Gallerie bring personality and artistry into every room. Marble-clad bathrooms, dramatic lighting, textured wall treatments, and thoughtfully layered materials create a home that feels rich in detail without overwhelming the eye.

The result is a sophisticated yet approachable residence that balances modern architecture with warmth, creativity, and individuality. From the serene monochromatic spaces to the expressive art-forward moments, the home reflects Nikki Chu’s unmistakable design perspective, curated, sculptural, and effortlessly refined.

This project also holds special significance as one of the very first interiors I professionally photographed.
